100_0465.jpgThe 8th graders have been learning all about the atmosphere so far this year.  Lately their studies have focused on wind.  They constructed anemometers out of K’NEX and plastic cups to measure the wind speed here at school in revolutions per minute.  So far there has not been to many windy days to get a good reading, but we all know sooner or later a big storm will come our way!
